We built this policy to be the opposite of what you've probably dealt with elsewhere. No phone calls. No retention offers. No hoops.

Annual: $260/yr
You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no need to contact us, explain why, or sit through a retention pitch. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then.
You'll continue to have access to the newsletter and any paid content through the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew and you won't be charged again.
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription term, email us and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer and only to your initial signup — not to renewals.
Once your subscription renews (monthly or annually), that charge is final. We don't offer prorated or partial refunds for renewal periods, so please cancel before your renewal date if you don't plan to continue.
Reminder emails: We send a reminder before any renewal charge, especially for annual plans.
Clear billing: Every charge appears on your statement with our business name so it's easy to recognize.
No surprise upsells: We will never change your plan or price without clear notice and your action.
If we ever cancel or suspend your subscription for reasons on our end (such as discontinuing the service), we'll issue a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current term.
If you believe you were charged in error, please email us first — we resolve almost all billing issues directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.
If we change our pricing, existing subscribers will be notified in advance and current pricing will be honored through the end of your current billing term.
