Systematic Flows LLC

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Systematic Flows is available only to residents of the United States who are 18 or older.
You give us:
Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter or claim a free resource.
Name — if you choose to provide it.
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full payment card number. We see only the last four digits, card brand, and billing status.
Anything you send us — including support emails and replies.
We collect automatically:
Usage data — which emails you open, which links you click, which pages you visit.
Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL.
Advertising data — see §3.
We do not collect your brokerage account credentials, your holdings, your account balances, your income, or your trading activity. We have no access to your brokerage account and never will.
To deliver the Service — the Thursday signal email and related communications
To process your subscription and payments
To send billing, renewal, and account notices
To respond to your support requests
To measure which content and advertising works
To protect the Service from fraud and abuse
To comply with our legal obligations
We do not use your information to make decisions about you individually beyond delivering the Service you paid for.
We use the following on our website:
Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — measures advertising effectiveness and builds audiences for advertising.
Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics (Google LLC) — measures site usage and traffic sources.
These technologies collect information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and actions taken on our site. This information may be shared with Meta and Google and used to serve you advertising on their platforms.
We also use standard email analytics (open and click tracking) through beehiiv.
Your browser's "Do Not Track" signal. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, as no common standard exists.
We share personal information with providers who process it on our behalf:
beehiiv, Inc. — Email delivery, subscriber management, website hosting, analytics
Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing and subscription billing
Meta Platforms, Inc. — Advertising and measurement
Google LLC — Analytics and advertising measurement
Each processes your information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Some sharing of identifiers with advertising platforms — such as through the Meta Pixel — may constitute "sharing" or "selling" under certain state privacy laws. To opt out, email [email protected] and we will honor your request.
We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect our legal rights; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We keep your information for as long as you are a subscriber, and afterward only as long as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Payment records are retained as required by law.
You may request deletion at any time. We will honor it except where we are legally required to retain records.
We use industry-standard safeguards, and our payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your information
Opt out of targeted advertising or the "sharing" of your information
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
Unsubscribing. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also manage your preferences from any email footer.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
We operate in the United States, and your information is processed here. The Service is not offered to residents of the European Union or United Kingdom.
We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect, and update the effective date above.
