The strategy we publish holds a concentrated portfolio of approximately ten securities and rotates weekly. Concentration increases volatility. The strategy has experienced simulated drawdowns of approximately 30% from peak, and losses of this magnitude or greater are possible.

The founder of Systematic Flows LLC personally trades the same signals distributed to subscribers, using his own capital, in his own brokerage account.
Signals are distributed to all subscribers simultaneously on Thursday, before U.S. equity markets open. The founder places his own orders at the same market open, on the same trading day, as subscribers. He does not trade any signal in advance of its distribution, and does not trade ahead of or against subscriber activity. When the strategy exits a position, he exits on the same schedule and at the same market open as subscribers.
Because the founder holds the same positions described in the signals, he has a financial interest in those securities and may benefit from price movement in them. He accepts no compensation from any issuer and receives no payment for the inclusion of any security in a signal.
We never take custody of subscriber funds. We never execute trades on your behalf. We never have access to your brokerage account. You place your own orders, in your own account, at your own discretion, and you keep custody of every share.
Your actual results will differ from any figures we publish, because of your execution prices, your position sizing, your timing, your costs, and your taxes.
Our signals are time-sensitive. We do not guarantee that any email will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered to your inbox rather than a spam or promotions folder. We are not liable for any loss or missed opportunity arising from a delayed, undelivered, or filtered communication.
Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service (/terms). We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
